SHIPPING

All of our orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). 

Order ship times depend on the type of product you purchased. For stainless steel jewelry, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. For sterling silver jewelry, orders will be shipped within 5 business days. 

Once shipped, the time it takes for the package to get to you will depend on the shipping method selected.

NOTE: Deadbolt Studio is not responsible for any theft after your package has been marked delivered. Please designate a safe address for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 14 days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and initial shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
